It also affords people across the globe the opportunity to connect with their favorite preachers, musicians and publishers and to be up to date with their sermons, music, books videos and other media products. They can thereby buy their favorite media product online directly from the preacher, artist or writer irrespective of their geographical location

 

How do I use the facility ?

 

Simply visit www.rayclick.com and register. You will receive an SMS delivering your login details. Login to the website and complete the registration process. At this, you have an account and a unique web page through which you can connect with preachers or followers across the world

 

How do I buy media products from my favorite preacher ?  

If you know the preacher's unique web page on rayclick.com, visit the web page and you will see a list of all the product the preacher has for sale. Simply click on the 'Buy' button in front of the product you desire to buy. You will be directed to a page where you are required to supply your username and password and your desired payment detail. Then you have the access to product. You may as well decide to download the product to your device as the case may be

 

If you do not know the preacher's page, you may do a search by logging to your account, type the name of the desired preacher in the search box, click search. You will thereafter be supplied with a list of all products that relates to that name, click on the buy now button, and you will have the product downloaded

 

What is the cost of buying a product on Rayclick ?

 

Costs of products are determined by the product’s publishers and they are fixed when the products are being uploaded. So the prices vary from products to products. The prices of each product are displayed with the description of the products.

 

How do I sell my e-products via Rayclick ?

 

Login to your rayclick account, click on 'upload to e - shop' button, fill the form and attach the media product. If you desire to send SMS adverts on the product to those who are connected with you, select the 'Send SMS alert option', click on 'Upload' button, then wait for the completion of the uploading process

 

What does it mean to connect with a preacher on Rayclick ?

 

Connecting with a preacher on Rayclick means that you will always receive email and SMS notifications each time the preacher uploads a product on his Rayclick account. Whenever you login to your RayClick account, you will see lists of all the products of all of those you are connected on your home page, starting from the most recent

 

How do I connect with a preacher or artist on Rayclick ?

 

You can do this in two ways

First, if you know the account's RayClick page, visit it and then click on connect button, supply your login details

If you do not know page, login to your account, type the name of the person you desire to connect to in the search box, click search. you will see the list of all accounts that relates to your desire, click on connect button that is directly in front of your desired result

 

What does it cost to upload and sell my product on Rayclick ?

Uploading of products is free but limited according to your subscribed plan. however, if you decide to send SMS notifications  on your uploaded products, SMSs are charged at $1.25 cents (N2.50k)  per SMS  

 

How do I recharge my Rayclick account ?

 

You can recharge your account in four different ways

login to your rayclick account, click on 'Recharge my account' button

1. Recharge via recharge vouchers: With this you buy recharge voucher of your desired amount from any of our resellers, enter the PIN numbers as available on the voucher after you Click on the 'Recharge my account' button on your home page

2. Bank deposit: You can make cash deposit into our bank account using your rayclcik username as the payer. You thereafter send us an SMS to +2348055558307 stating the amount you paid and the date of payment

3. Credit / Debit cards: Rayclick accepts payments via major credit/ debit cards using Interswitch payment platform.

4. Credit transfer: You may also have your account credited when another subscriber transfers credit from their account to your account

 

How do I become a reseller on Rayclick ?

 

As a new subscriber, Simply check on "signup as a reseller" option on the activation form presented to you after your first login. If you are an existing subscriber, edit your profile and check on the option. As a reseller, you have the opportunity to buy rayclick vouchers at 10% discount and resell them at your local areas. Resellers are to buy a minimum of $50 (N10, 000) worth of vouchers and make payments for such vouchers are made only via bank deposits. The reseller is to send an SMS notification of the payment to +2348055558307. His account will be credited with addition 10% of the amount paid. The reseller could log in to his account, click on 'Transfer/sell credit' button, from there he can generate and print the vouchers into any denomination he desires and thereafter sell

 

 

How does Rayclick affiliate program works ?

RayClick affiliate program gives subscribers 2.5% commission on every product sales and 2.5% commission on every monthly subscription paid by every subscriber refered by them.

 

 

I am not a publisher, How else can i earn via Rayclick ?

Every Rayclick member can earn extra income on the platform either by publishing their own products or by uploading someone else's media product on the website. This can be done by selecting 'upload someone's product' option on upload page. Whenever this uploaded products are bought, the content owner is credited with 60% of the proceeds while the member that uploaded the product is credited with 10% of the sales proceed.

 

 

How do I refer other subscribers?

Simply invite, advertise or send your unique rayclick url to as many people as possible, The system tracts every registration that is initiated through your page and recognises them as being refered by you

 

 

As a publisher, how do i receive my sales proceeds ?  

Payments of proceeds are be paid each time a publisher's total proceed reaches $250 and the payments are made to the account details as provided in the publisher's profile details

 

As a publisher, what percentage of my total sales comes to me ?  

RayClick charges 30% on total sales as administrative fees and pays 10% to the subscriber that uploads the product. At that a publishers is paid 60% of the cost of product or 70% if the product was uploaded directly by the publisher.

 

As a publisher, How do i see details of sales on my products ?  

Every sale on Rayclick is updated into the publisher's account the very moment the sale is made. So, publishers are able to see and monitor their accounts at anytime simply by clicking on "Sales" button in their RayClick home page. From here they can always see the total value of sales on their products

 

I have problem downloading media products to my iphone and ipad  

Ipad or iphone by default do not have the application to plays mp3, so they will reject the download of such product. Download and install "goodreader" or "airplayit" to you ipad or iphone and that will easily fix the challenge
